The Sakoon Through Cancer's ultimate collaboration with Marbles Kitchen has been wonderful and a very tasty fusion experience. We have worked with them for our workshops and training sessions, where they have provided bespoke menus and Karak Chai, all presented professionally, clearly labelled, with food allergy prompts provided and a culturally responsive menu which is so important for our community events.
At our recent Interfaith Ifthar and Roti Club, they generously donated personalised Ramadan cookies and individually boxed brownies , so many sweet treats that were enjoyed by all.
My personal favourite has to be the chicken coronation wraps, absolutely delicious!
